*Consent and Model Release Agreement

By checking the box and signing, I hereby grant Photography by Jenn Lynn the absolute and irrevocable right to use, publish, distribute, and display photographs taken of me [and/or my minor child/ward] for professional portfolios, website design, social media promotion, and marketing purposes.

I agree that these images may be cropped, edited, or modified without my prior approval. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and acknowledge that I am not entitled to any royalties or monetary compensation for the use of these materials.

I release Photography by Jenn Lynn from any claims of invasion of privacy or defamation related to the legitimate use of these images.
